| We are pleased to inform you that we have merged your previously
existing CRJ-Experience and CRJ-New Generation products into a SINGLE
installer which is now available as an updated FS2004/FSX (XP/VISTA)
compliant executable.
Therefore, we removed the two obsolete products (namely the CRJ
Experience stand-alone installer and the CRJ New Generation stand-alone/upgrade
installer) from your download account and added links to our FS2004
and FSX "Regional Jet Vol.1 - CRJ" installers.
As you will see, the serial code associated with your product has
also been updated.
Please use this serial to install any of the two available versions.
Updated liveries are available from the Extra page.
If you own the FS2004 CRJ download version, and do not see the
FSX version displayed in your download account, please contact us
by e-mail with your order number. We will reset the download counter
so the FSX CRJ version can be displayed.
If you still do not see the FSX version, be sure to have bought
the full version, including CRJ-200, -700 and -900.
SUPPORT FILES :
FS2004 latest currently released version is CRJ_FS2004_10.exe (same
version as crj2004_10.exe or ft_crjexp11.exe).
FSX latest currently released version is CRJ_FSX_10b.exe.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :
How to install and setup an add-on
under Windows 7 / VISTA (32/64bits OS) ?
First, install the add-on using Full Administrator Rights.
Then, go into program files\microsoft games\
Highlight Flight Simulator X folder and right-click on it
Select the SECURITY tab
Click on your username (not on Administrator 1)
Click on the 'edit' option (it should have a pic of a shield on
the button with edit next to it)
Then you should be prompted by Vista security module, click on 'ALLOW'
Then tick the 'Full Control' box and press 'OK'
Installation of our add-ons can now start.
We do not support the use of our FS2004 add-ons under Windows Vista/7
(although they may work).
Make sure to run the installation of the add-on and of Flight Simulator
with full Administrator rights by right-clicking on the application
file and selecting the "As Administrator" feature.
At the first add-on installation, make sure to accept the DLL Warning
after the aircraft selection.
We don't support the use of our add-ons under Windows XP64 and
Vista 64.
Using a 64bits Operating Systems,
the installer can't find the Flight Simulator folder.
Your Flight Simulator is probably located into a folder called "Programsx86"
which is probably not what the installer is looking for.
During the installation process, simply browse the installer to
this folder.
Once done, be sure to follow the Windows 7/Vista procedure as explained
above on this page.
FS2004 Users who upgrade to Version 11 should DISABLE the AUTOMATIC LIVERY installation at the end of the product installation by un-ticking the corresponding box.
They can afterward install the liveries which are freely available from CRJ's EXTRA page of this site.
Visit FeelThere forum for more technical information.
I am trying to enter my KEYCODE but the installer doesn't accept it. I can't click on the NEXT button.
We have experienced that on some computers, the valid code may not be accepted.
To solve this, simply copy the code by selecting it with your mouse left-button, then right-click and select COPY.
Launch the installer and the code will now be displayed in the right fields.
How can I bring up the different 2D panels ?
Please use default FS keys : SHIFT +1, SHIFT +2,....
When I import a FS flight plan with the IMPORT FS FPL feature, it says NO FS PLAN LOADED. How do I access my imported flight plan then ?
Make sure that the default file called 'gps_export.dll' is located into your Flight Simulator/Modules subdirectory.
If not, download it from here
and save it under your Flight Simulator Modules sub-directory.
